I live in Fountain Valley with my husband, Brandon (aka my best friend), and our three amazing kids—Jaxon, Aiden, and Keira. We also share our home with a crew of animals: one dog, two cats, and two lizards. On weekends, you’ll find us at the park, hosting neighborhood hangouts, or exploring our favorite local spots.
I’m a coffee lover, always hunting down the best cafés, and a big supporter of small businesses. Brandon and I are total foodies and love discovering new places to eat and explore. One of my favorite trips recently? Anguilla—absolutely stunning. I couldn’t put my camera down.
When I’m not photographing clients, I’m behind the lens at my kids’ school events. I volunteer often and almost always have my camera in hand—it’s just who I am.

A snapshot into my life
I absolutely love spending time with my family. Whether we’re at the park, exploring new places, playing outside, or relaxing at the beach—it’s our favorite kind of quality time. We even sneak in some video games together when we can!
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me behind the camera (or with my phone), capturing everyday moments with my kids. They love flipping through photos of themselves, and I love seeing their faces light up with joy. It’s one of the many reasons I’m so passionate about what I do—because these little memories matter.

My Favorite Things
When I’m not photographing or editing, you’ll most likely find me curled up with my Kindle and a cup of coffee. Reading is one of my favorite ways to unwind—last year alone, I read 102 books!
I’m always on the hunt for cozy, local coffee shops. My husband recently got an espresso machine, and now he’s basically my personal barista—which I fully support!
I’m also a podcast lover, especially true crime and self-growth shows. I’ve always had a love for learning, and that curiosity has only grown with time. To me, there’s always something new and inspiring waiting to be discovered.
Coffee, READING, & PODCASTS
Traveling with my family is one of my greatest joys. Each year, we take a few trips together that we all look forward to. In August, we head to the Kern River with a big group of friends for a fun-filled camping trip—it’s become a tradition we all cherish.
Another favorite is our annual winter trip to Arizona for the North Pole Experience. And this year, we visited Anguilla, home to the most breathtaking beach I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t stop taking photos!
Exploring new places together fills my heart, and one of my dreams is to travel the world with my family—camera in hand, of course.
Traveling
I found Candice on Yelp. I was impressed with her artwork and reached out to her with a last minute booking, as my daughter was already two weeks old and it was the holiday season. Like many parents, I made the assumption of thinking I can do the newborn photos myself. I was so wrong - and I'm a professional photographer myself. It takes a true master of their craft to create newborn photos and Candice is that person. She made the experience convenient from beginning to end. She provides a questionnaire to better gauge her clients expectations and vision for the photo shoot and practically takes the driver seat during the photoshoot with and without the camera. As first time parents, it was nice to sit back and let Candice do what she does best. Post production (editing) was fast and the photos were amazing and high quality resolution. My wife and I were extremely satisfied (we cried) with the photos and customer service. Professional photography is a luxury. It's expected to spend money. Candice is worth it.

We did our new born photos with Candice. I am so so impressed with her studio and the way she handled my baby. She made sure the environment was perfect for a newborn. It was so relaxing and comforting, my baby loved it. She was so great with my baby as well, she changed him into outfits so quickly, and let me take my time feeding him. I will 100% be back for our 1 year old pictures. Candice is absolutely amazing and the pictures are beyond anything I imagined! Thank you so much!!
