Whether your baby is turning the big ONE or just starting to sit up on their own, I am here to capture it. One of my favorite times to photograph babies is "sitter" sessions which is typically between 6-8 months when they start to sit up.
When you book with me, you can be sure that your baby is in great hands. These sessions are about an hour long. If baby needs a couple minutes to get warmed up, that is fine!
For the cake smash sessions, I just ask that you provide the cake due to allergies. I will provide decorations!

As a mom of three, trust me when I say time flies. I love the saying, "the days are long, but the years are short". Whether your baby is hitting a milestone such as sitting, standing, or walking, or your baby is turning the big O-N-E, its important to capture it!
Every session starts with a questionnaire about your session, you tell me what you'd like from your session, and that is when the planning gets going! Every detail is put into your session so its is stress free for you. The only thing I ask you to bring is the cake.
You have full access to all my props, hats, headbands, outfits, and accessories. No need to bring anything unless it is special to you. I will decorate to your theme or color scheme!

1. Say Hello
Yay! Lets book your session!
The process is super simple. Once you decide you want to book, I will send you over the contract and session retainer, once that is completed, you are booked!
2. Schedule it
Before your session, we will discuss if you have any themes in mind for your cake smash. If you are scheduling a sitter session, we will discuss outfits etc that you love.
For cake smash sessions, I do not provide the cake due to allergies. However, I do all the decorations, balloons, etc to whatever theme you are wanting!

3. Planning it
It is session day!!! I am so excited to photograph your baby!
During your session, I may need your help. This is different than the newborn sessions because we want baby to feel comfortable, so I want you to stay nearby.
The session is typically an hour, however some babies (especially one year olds) have stranger danger. In that case, I give them extra time to get comfortable with me and the environment and we take it slower.
4. Your Session
Yay!! Within 1-2 weeks, you will receive a link to view your edited images. After you've viewed your images and wiped away your happy tears, you will choose your collection, digitals, or a la carte items.

5. Your Photographs

My goal is to create a beautiful boutique photography experience for you and your family. I have many different beautiful products as well for you to display your portraits.

I found Candice on Yelp. I was impressed with her artwork and reached out to her with a last minute booking, as my daughter was already two weeks old and it was the holiday season. Like many parents, I made the assumption of thinking I can do the newborn photos myself. I was so wrong - and I'm a professional photographer myself. It takes a true master of their craft to create newborn photos and Candice is that person. She made the experience convenient from beginning to end. She provides a questionnaire to better gauge her clients expectations and vision for the photo shoot and practically takes the driver seat during the photoshoot with and without the camera. As first time parents, it was nice to sit back and let Candice do what she does best. Post production (editing) was fast and the photos were amazing and high quality resolution. My wife and I were extremely satisfied (we cried) with the photos and customer service. Professional photography is a luxury. It's expected to spend money. Candice is worth it.

We did our new born photos with Candice. I am so so impressed with her studio and the way she handled my baby. She made sure the environment was perfect for a newborn. It was so relaxing and comforting, my baby loved it. She was so great with my baby as well, she changed him into outfits so quickly, and let me take my time feeding him.
