I emailed Luca’s mom a few weeks before her due date just to remind her to message me as soon as she had him because I like to get newborns in for their photos between 5-12 days old. I received an email back that Luca was born early and had to be transported to another hospital for heart surgery at just a few days old. I got to meet Luca when he was a little over 3 weeks old. He is absolutely perfect and such a sweet baby. We got so many great photos of him and he was a joy to photograph.
